1、抗肿瘤新药的设计合成和生物活性研究；

2、原料药绿色合成工艺开发；

3、仿制药的注册申报，包括QbD理念下的合成工艺开发、产业化中试放大、药品质量研究；

4、全过程的杂质研究与控制，从原料药到制剂的杂质谱研究，涵盖杂质的分离与鉴定、基因毒性杂质研究、元素杂质研究等。
