孙炳峰,教授,博士生导师,药物化学教研室主任

致力于萜类、生物碱、大环内酯等复杂活性天然产物的基于新策略的高效全合成,完成了抗老年痴呆药物石杉碱甲(Huperzine A)、抗癌药物埃坡霉素(Epothilones B/D)、抗癌天然产物Englerin A/B、抗生素Platencin、复杂二萜Clavulactone20多个活性天然产物及类似物的全合成,其中石杉碱甲、埃坡霉素B/D的全合成效率迄今居于领先水平。近年来重视学术与应用相结合,将原子经济性步骤经济性氧化还原经济性以及绿色化学质量源于设计、“本质安全”等理念融入药物合成路线设计,成功开发抗凝药物利伐沙班(Rivaroxaban)、手性合成子长叶薄荷酮(Pulegone)等的创新绿色合成技术。
